The following terms and conditions govern the warranty for the products sold by Luxe Decora to the original purchaser. By purchasing the product from the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

At Luxe Decora, we take pride in offering high-quality products and stand behind their durability and functionality. We offer separate warranty periods for each product to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review the following warranty policy to learn more about our warranty coverage and how to make a claim.

Warranty Coverage

Each product sold by Luxe Decora is covered by a separate warranty period. The warranty period varies by product and is stated in the product description at the time of purchase. The warranty begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, or issue a refund of the purchase price.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper use of the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product. In addition, the warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters or Acts of God, such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or tornadoes.

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify us of the defect within the warranty period. The purchaser must provide proof of purchase and allow us a reasonable amount of time to inspect the product and respond to the warranty claim. We reserve the right to inspect the product before honoring any warranty claim.

If we determine that the defect is covered under the warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product or issue a refund of the purchase price. If we determine that the defect is not covered under the warranty, we will notify the purchaser and provide a reason for the denial of the claim.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or the refund of the purchase price. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute products, or any claims of third parties.

Modification

This warranty may not be modified except in writing signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this warranty shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision of this warranty.

By purchasing a product from Luxe Decora, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understand this warranty policy and agree to be bound by it.

Filling

We provide a limited warranty on our bean bags that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. However, please note that the warranty does not cover the filling materials used in the bean bag.

We use high-quality and durable filling materials, but we cannot guarantee their performance over an extended period. The life of the filling is dependent on various factors such as usage, storage, and maintenance. We do not cover any damage caused by improper use or care, including but not limited to spills, punctures, and exposure to extreme temperatures.

In case of any warranty claims, we will inspect the bean bag to determine if the issue is due to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. If the issue is related to the filling, we will not be able to offer any warranty coverage. We encourage our customers to read and follow our usage and care instructions to ensure the longevity of the product.
